Need to chat before booking?
Feel free to reach out before booking to discuss concepts or check availability. I’ll do my best to respond as quickly as possible.
How Far in Advance Should I Book My Photography Session?
The earlier, the better! My calendar is a 6-month rolling calendar. If the schedule isn’t out for the date that you are interested in, contact me to see if we can book in advance. It takes up to 14 days to have your gallery ready.
Your Schedule Looks Full for My Preferred Dates. Do You Ever Have Cancellations or Last-Minute Openings?
Yes! It’s definitely worth being added to my waitlist and/or checking with me to see if I can fit you in at the last minute. Some sessions are scheduled a year in advance, so it’s not unusual for families to have to reschedule due to travel plans, illness, or emergency.
Where Are You Located?
Adela Ruby Photography is based out of several studios in Nassau County, New York. While most of my sessions take place in Malverne, New York, location is depending on the nature of the session and the specific needs of my clients. Whether it’s a local shoot or a special request, I’m happy to work with you to find the perfect location for your photos.
